Free Trial Overview

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses - whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential - such that arise from or relate to:
- Use of or inability to use the Free Trial;
- Data loss or corruption;
- Service interruption, technical failure, or system inaccessibility;
- Termination or suspension of your Free Trial.
If, for any reason, the Free Trial becomes inaccessible (for example, due to server or machine failure), you agree that we are not responsible for any resulting loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
Transition to Paid Service
At the conclusion of your Free Trial, continued access to the platform will require a paid subscription under a separate agreement. If you choose to subscribe, we will make reasonable efforts to retain your data, but we cannot guarantee data continuity from the Free Trial.
Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Free Trial Terms of Service at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on our website or within the application, unless otherwise stated.
By continuing to access or use the Free Trial after such changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must discontinue use of the Free Trial.
